Generally we deliver and set-up between 7:30am & 12:30pm and we pick-up between 8pm & 10pm on Saturdays, 
and 7pm & 9pm on Sundays.  If you need an earlier or later set-up time or a later pick-up time let us know and
we will do our best to accomadate your party needs.  When requesting a late pick-up at 10pm remember that other
customers may be doing the same so we could be as late as 11:30pm to pick-up.

We do not require a deposit.  All we need to reserve an item is your name, address & phone number.
  
Payment is required when rental items are dropped off in CASH only.
Also, a valid drivers license or picture id is required.

All customers are given a call the evening before as a reminder.  We do not wait for trips to the bank or 
atm machine, since we do have other deliveries to make.  Thank you for your cooperation.

We also ask that you have the area for the jumper cleaned, free of debris, and have cars
and other items moved from the area before we arrive.  If your area is not ready we will not
leave the jumper unit and you will be placed at the end of the schedule.

We reserve the right to cancel due to bad weather (rain, high winds). 
We do not refund any monies once jumper(s) are delivered and set-up due to rain or
high winds so before we set up let us know if you'd like the jumper(s).

NO REFUNDS DUE TO RAIN ONCE JUMPER HAS BEEN SET-UP.
